Meeting and training with associated professor Yonka Parvanova

On August 15th Yonka Parvanova visited our office. Dr. Parvanova is an associated professor in the Faculty of Pedagogy in Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".

During the meeting the professor talked to us about the existing laws regarding juvenile offenders in Bulgaria. She told us how the system works and the prevention system. She spoke about possible future reforms to improve it.

She also gave us some advises about how to deal with children with deviant behaviour in Rakitovo Boarding School. She explained what is the situation in the centre, she helped us to know what we should expect and how we can deal with it.
