Visiting a school in Rakitovo
On August 21 Bozhidar, Tsvetie, Sencer, Eyüp and I went to Rakitovo (Pazardzhik Province) for a couple days.
Our team visited the Educational Boarding-School Angel Uzunov, an institution dedicated to custody children with deviant behaviour. We met sixteen boys from the centre, all teenagers, who shared with us some great moments.
The personal situation of these teenagers is complicated and often sad, that's why we wanted to cheer them up. We organised a bunch of different activities for them. Some were sports (such football or handball), others were more artistic (such painting or crafting) and others were educative games (like hangman).
The teenagers were warm and kind with us, which made our task easier. Not only they participated in our activities, they also tried to teach us how to dance or play sports too. They were so pleased with the visit that they even wanted us to stay longer.
